Regulators are important but sometimes can be a tad overzealous. It doesn’t matter how many resources they throw at a dispute, regulators are slow-moving and cannot quickly adapt to changing circumstances. We’re a lot smaller but we’re more agile. Even when the regulator wins-we can minimise the damage and sometimes the regulator has to pay your costs.
